Returns & Exchanges Policy
At HydroJug, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made returns simple.
Return Window
You may return your HydroJug products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please include your order number as proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our team at info@thehydrojugs.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item is damaged/defective, please attach photos.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions (and an RMA, if applicable).
- Ship the product back in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your HydroJug for a different color or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In some cases we may process an exchange as a return + new order to speed things up.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened/used items not due to fault or damage
- Gift cards and personalized items (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thehydrojugs.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
