At HydroJug, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic): 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Please note: Orders placed during peak seasons (such as holidays or sales events) may require additional processing time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic U.S. Orders: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free Shipping: May be offered on promotional events or orders that meet specific minimums. If available, details will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, HydroJug primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is available, rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if delivery is refused, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged packaging/items to help resolve the issue quickly.
